In order to ensure we meet the requirements set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2008, and the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety, our teams operate to defined clinical procedures and best practice standards. We carry out our own internal, unannounced, quarterly audits to ensure high quality care and continuous improvement.
Throughout 2013 we held 75 unannounced audits across the business to measure clinical governance, disclosure and barring service checks, health and safety, occupational health, risk and training. This investment ensures we maintain our market leading reputation and consistently deliver:

Audit results are reported and reviewed at a monthly Operations Board Meeting and quarterly at Clinical Governance Meetings.
