Adult support worker- Hammersmith, West London

Shift pattern: 12 hour shifts (Days and nights)

As a support worker you will be granted an opportunity to work differently. Pulse Community Healthcare's provision of healthcare allows our clients to have a service that will cater to their complex needs. Each client is different and thus we require our support workers to attend our mandatory and specialist training in order to fulfil each of their needs. This is free of charge all Pulse needs you to do is to attend and commit to it.

We believe each support worker has had a different experience and so we do not believe that anything limits you to providing our service.

As long as you have:

- 6 months minimum of healthcare experience

- 2 clinical references that can cover 2 years of your recent work experience within this sector.

 

Apart from this Pulse will help you get the training you will need and provide as much as support as we can. This is done through a practice of our shadow shifts and our 24/7 on call support team.
