Pulse Community Healthcare is looking for a support worker who is highly motivated and committed to providing complex care for our clients in the safety of their own home.

You will be working unsupervised granting you independence and responsibility over the clients' health. We offer stability and consistency regarding your shift work. We feel that it is important for the clients to have the sense of dependency in that they can rely on their support workers to attend shifts regularly.

Shifts consist of 12 hours- days, nights (waking or sleep ins) and weekends.

Many of our clients have opted transfer their care from a hospital setting to that of the community. This is a chance for the support worker to gain a divergent experience and develop their skills.

 

Pulse Community Healthcare provides support to our support workers: 

We offer free mandatory and specialist training

- Shadow shifts as a method of induction 

- 24/7 on call team
