Children's Female Support Worker – Sturminster Newton
Pulse Community Healthcare is searching for a caring female support worker to assist our young female client living with a respiratory condition.
The successful support worker will provide personal care as well as any interventions our client has; you will need to have a considerate approach whilst providing care for our client. As a leading complex care agency, we are proud to offer specialist respiratory training, giving you the knowledge you need before you start.
The hours available are regular part time waking night shifts working 21:00 to 07:30 (Monday to Sunday) with a competitive pay rate of £9.00 to £12.00 per hour.
Due to the nature of the package a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be essential.

As a Children's Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
•Providing personal care to the client
The ideal Children's Female Support Worker will have:
•A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
•A current enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred but not essential)
•Previous paid experience in Health and Social Care in the UK
•A full UK driving licence
•Good knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Good understanding of professional boundaries
•Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team.
