Children’s Support Worker - Woking
Pulse Community Healthcare are looking for children’s support workers in Woking who are committed to providing excellent person centred care to their clients. You will be expected to look after a paediatric client who has a number of complex conditions that will all require monitoring and managing. We tailor our care to each individual client so a strong understanding of person centred care is key.
Pulse requires children’s support workers in Woking who can commit to a long term placement to give the best care so you will need to be reliable and dedicated so that you can effectively encourage independence in our clients.
You will be able to develop a good working relationship with your client as we are not a domiciliary service and your shift will be fulfilled with one client. We are looking for children’s support workers in Woking who have worked with either children or complex care to support this package.

While we do require candidates who have experience, we also provide full mandatory and specialist training. Our case managers and paediatric nurses will then support you on your shift to ensure you feel competent in your role before you are lone working.
