Female Children's Support Worker – Erdington
Hours – 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, 11am-3pm Saturday and 10pm-8am Monday to Sunday
Pay rate – £8.49 per hour
Pulse Community Healthcare are seeking support workers who have experience in complex neurological conditions to join our team in supporting our young female client. Specialist training covering PEG feeding, epilepsy, diabetes and respiratory will be offered to our successful support workers. We are looking for a support worker with a positive, caring attitude to encourage our client's independence in her home and community.

The ideal support worker will have:
A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
A good understanding of professional boundaries
Knowledge of safeguarding and person centered care
