Female Support Worker (Live In)
£8.00 to £10.00 per hour doe
Shift: One week on with two weeks off (Monday to Sunday)
Are you an experienced Female Support Worker (Live In) who has worked with Learning Disabilities and Autism for at least 6 months within the last 2 years? Have you worked with Challenging Behaviour? We are currently looking for an experienced female support worker who would like to develop her skills and experience within learning disabilities and autism to join our expanding team. We have a female client living in the Teversham area who requires a learning disabilities support worker to provide day to day assistance and companionship within the family home and out in the community.
The successful Female Support Worker (Live In) will need to have a consistent and structured approach to work; you will also be proactive in identifying and preventing triggers that can cause anxiety and frustration leading to challenging behaviours. In your role as a learning disabilities support worker you will also maintain up to date client records, prompt personal care, administer medication and communicate with both the client and your case manager.
