Female Support Worker – North Tyneside/Newcastle

Pay rate: £8.41 - £8.90

Hours: Hourly Drop In (Float Shifts between the hours of 9am and 10:30pm)

Pulse Community Healthcare are currently recruiting for a competent and experienced support worker to join our team working within a complex care setting , providing high quality care to individuals living in their own homes

As a Support Worker with Pulse Community Healthcare you will ideally have a history of working within a clinical or complex care setting. In this particular role you will be caring for a variety of clients,  the aim of this role will be ensure clients needs are met on drop in shifts while providing a high level of care.

The ideal Support Worker will have:

  • A NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential

  • UK paid experience in Health and Social Care

  • A good understanding of professional boundaries

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
