Female Support Worker - Scunthorpe

Hours - Nights: 10 or 12 hour shifts. 20.00 - 8.00 or 22.00 - 8.00. 

Pay Rate - £8.41 - £8.74 per hour

Daily duties for the successful support workers would include personal care and assistance with our clients interventions. We are looking for support workers who have a positive, caring attitude to encourage our clients independence in their home and community.

The ideal support worker will have:

A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent  is preferred but not essential
UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
A good understanding of professional boundaries
Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
