Healthcare Support Worker - Broxbourne
Pay: £12.89 - £16.28 per hour
Hours/shifts: Days (08:00 - 20:00) or Nights (20:00 - 08:00 waking night shift)

Your duties as healthcare support worker in this role would include personal hygiene, moving and handling and suctioning. Full specialist training regarding the clinical interventions will be provided. In this role the successful healthcare support worker will be working with a male client in his own home who is living with a traumatic brain injury and epilepsy. Our client enjoys going out into the community and socialising.
Your duties as a healthcare support worker will include;
- Working with PEG feeds
- Dealing with oral suctioning
- Working with pressure area care
- Administering medication.
Experience in the above clinical interventions would be advantageous however, all our support workers and healthcare assistants (HCA) will undertake specialist training to meet the specific needs of the role.
