Pulse Community Healthcare are a specialist care provider who provide bespoke care packages in the community. We currently have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for experienced Paediatric Support Workers to provide social, personal & complex care to a child within their own home and the community. Our client requires both day and waking night support to maintain their health and social needs at home.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Children and be outgoing and passionate about enhancing the lives' of Children with complex needs.
We are a 24/7 care provider, have both day shift and waking night shifts available.

The ideal support worker will have:
A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
A good understanding of professional boundaries
Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
