Paediatric Support Worker – Slough

We are looking to recruit a team of Paediatric support workers in Slough, who can show themselves to be dedicated, empathetic and reliable whilst providing a high level of person centred care for our client in their own homes.

You will assist and support a client with a number of various complex care needs in their own homes, whilst also supporting them in the Slough community.

We strive to build effective relationships between our Paediatric support workers, the clients they support and their wider families and we look to recruit people who can demonstrate an ability to do this.

The ideal candidate would have experience within a Paediatric complex care environment however this is not essential as we will provide full specialist training.

Our roles deal with complex conditions that require a high level of person centred care in order to manage several conditions and promote and individual clients independence.

You can expect to work with the following interventions:

  • PEG

  • Chest Infection

  • Oxygen Tanks

  • Cerebral Palsy

Due to the client location access to your own transport would be beneficial.

For all successful applicants we will pay for an updated DBS and training.
