Support Worker – Bridgend, Wales
Hours – 12 hour night shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Pay Rate - £9.18 per hour
Do you have experience with spinal injuries? Are you seeking a new role in the Bridgend area? Pulse Community Healthcare has a great new opportunity for a support worker to join our team in supporting our male client. Daily duties for the successful support worker would include day to day care and assisting with our client’s interventions. We are looking for a positive, caring support worker who will encourage our client’s independence in their home and community. Drivers would be preferred for this particular role.

The ideal support worker will have:
A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
A full UK drivers licence
UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
A good understanding of professional boundaries
Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
