Support Worker - Coventry, Warwickshire

Shifts;
 Days (07;00-15:00 or 12:00-20:00) and Waking Nights (19:00-08:00)

Per Hour; £8.49 ( not including holiday pay)

Pulse Community Healthcare are currently recruiting for experienced support workers to work within our community complex care packages.

We are seeking support workers that provide commitment and are passionate about promoting high levels of clinical care to our individuals. PCH offers you all the support via our dedicated case managers and clearing team.

Duties of the role include:

Cough Assist

Suctioning

PEG feeding

Catheter Care

The ideal Support Worker will have:

A current enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred but not essential)

Previous paid experience in Health and Social Care in the UK

Good knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care

Good understanding of professional boundaries

Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team.
