Support Worker – Ad Hoc Shifts – Manchester
Pay rate - £10 - £11 per hour
Pulse Community Healthcare is currently recruiting for a confident and experienced support worker to join our team working with individuals who have been diagnosed with Learning Disabilities and Autism on an ad hoc shift basis.
As a Support Worker with Pulse Community Healthcare you will work within a team to provide high quality care to individuals living in their own homes by promoting independence and assisting with interventions.
Outstanding specialist training will be provided to ensure that a high standard of care is provided, this includes; bespoke autism training, restraint and breakaway and positive behavioural support training.

The ideal Support Worker will have:
UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
A good understanding of professional boundaries
Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
