We have a great opportunity for a support worker to join our team. Our client is a male who has a spinal injury; the support worker will help our client enjoys day to day activities which include: going out for meals, going on holiday, he will need support managing his properties and businesses and socialising with friends and family. Ideally our client would like a female support worker.
The ideal support worker will need to be a caring and positive person, the successful candidates duties will include; spinal care, AD, assisted cough, medication and support with nebulisers, convene, bowl care, pressure care, observations which will include taking blood pressure.

The ideal support worker will have:
A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
A good understanding of professional boundaries
Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
UK driving license required.
