Support Worker – Radyr, Wales

Hours – 16 hour shifts (3 times per week)

Pay Rate - £10.10 - £10.31 per hour

Do you have experience with physical disabilities and non verbal clients? Are you looking for a new job role? Pulse Community Healthcare has a great opportunity for a support worker to join our team in assisting our male client. Daily duties for the successful support worker will include personal care and assisting with interventions such as PEG feeding. We are looking for a support worker with a positive, caring attitude to help encourage our client’s independence in their home and community.

The ideal support worker will have:

  • A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent  is preferred but not essential

  • UK paid experience in Health and Social Care

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team

  • A good understanding of professional boundaries

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
