Support Worker - Swindon, Bristol
Hours - 18:00 - 22:00 (Monday to Sunday)
- 22:00 -10.30(Monday to Sunday)
-10:30am - 22:30pm (Saturday and Sunday)
Pay Rate - £10 per hour
Pulse Community Healthcare has a great opportunity for a support worker to join our team in supporting our male client. Experience with complex needs would be preferred however is not essential. Full specialist training in spinal training, respiratory and diabetes will be provided. Daily duties would include personal care, assistance with mobility and management with our client's various interventions. We are looking for a support worker with a positive, caring attitude to encourage our client's independence in his home and community. For this particular package, we do require a full driving licence.

The ideal support worker will have:
A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
A good understanding of professional boundaries
Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
