Pay rate: £8.41

Hours: Variety of shifts available

Pulse Community Healthcare are currently recruiting for a competent and experienced support worker to join our team working within a complex care setting , providing high quality care to individuals living in their own homes

As a Support Worker with Pulse Community Healthcare you will ideally have a history of working within a clinical or complex care setting. Our client is a male with a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities, the aim of this role will be to encourage out client to engage in the community.  Outstanding specialist training will be provided to ensure the individual receives a high standard of care.

The ideal Support Worker will have:

  • A NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential

  • UK paid experience in Health and Social Care

  • A good understanding of professional boundaries

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
