Support Worker – Wrexham, Wales

Hours – 12 hour day and night shifts

Pay Rate - £8.95 - £9.07 per hour

Do you have experience with learning disabilities? Are you seeking a new role? Pulse Community Healthcare has a great opportunity for a support worker to join our team in supporting our male client. Daily duties would include personal care and assisting with managing the safety of our client. We are looking for a relaxed, approachable support worker to join our team in encouraging our client’s independence in his home and community.

The ideal support worker will have:

  • A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent  is preferred but not essential

  • UK paid experience in Health and Social Care

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team

  • A good understanding of professional boundaries

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
