Support Worker - Wrexham

Hours - 12 hour day and night shifts available

Pay Rate - £8.95 - £9.07 per hour

Pulse Community Healthcare is seeking Support Workers in the Wrexham area, who are passionate about helping others to join our team in supporting our male client. Our client has a rare condition and requires candidates who have attention to detail. The successful candidates will be providing personal care aswell as managing safety and seizures. We are recruitng for caring, positive nature to encourage our clients independence in their home and community.

The ideal support worker will have:

  • A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
  • UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
  • A good understanding of professional boundaries
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
