Female Support Worker - Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Hours - Live in
Pay - £8.49 per hour days and £7.50 per hour nights
Pulse Community Healthcare is seeking a skilled female support worker who has experience supporting individuals with spinal injuries. We have an excellent opportunity for support workers to join our team working with our female clients in the Leamington Spa area. All support workers will benefit from free specialist training to develop their skills and help them support our client more effectively. Daily duties would include personal care, medication administration, and management of various interventions. We are looking for candidates with a positive, outgoing personality to support our client’s active life.

The ideal support worker will have:
- A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (this is preferred but not essential)
- UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
- A good understanding of professional boundaries
- Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
